    People are pleasant but they aren't very professional. Office has misc. items and lots of paperwork strewn throughout the office. You would think that they would be a little more organized being a title company. I waited for over a month for my checks to be deposited that were written during the closing of my new home. After waiting that long, and getting a tax bill in the mail for the taxes, that they were supposed to take care of, I had them cancel that check, I went to the town and paid them directly to make sure that my taxes on my new home would be paid in full before the town started charging me fees. Seems ridiculous that I had to be the one to chase them to pay the proper people. I'm still waiting on the 2nd check to clear and its been 6 weeks since our closing. After speaking with them today, they assured me that the check will be deposited by them today and I should see it hit my account soon. (they said the exact same things last week) We shall see how this all works out, but hopefully after this is all over I can wash my hands of them.

    We have many dealings with this Bank and I have dealt with every single employee of the branch at some point ... They are always doing their best to provide excellent, prompt & friendly service! For being one of the Larger Banks in our area they do not make you feel that way at all. I enjoy going to this bank!
